Auto Detailing by Mark: Exceptional Standards—Personal Service.

It’s how we take care of your car that makes the difference. When you bring your vehicle to us, we fully explain what we do. Our standard procedures on a complete detail include: the cleaning of your engine; wheel wells and wheels; exterior rubber gaskets, emblems, and moldings; the door and trunk jams; and on many vehicles we will pull the front seat(s) and the bottom of the rear seat in order to have full access to the interior.

We clean EVERYTHING—no section of your vehicle is untouched. When we polish the exterior we take the time to mask off all exterior moldings, gaskets, and black plastic trim to prevent damaging them and avoid having the wax turn them white. These procedures take a lot of additional time compared to what the typical detail shop might do, but we believe it is absolutely necessary to maintain the integrity of your vehicle. Our final goal is to bring your vehicle back to its original condition.

Cleaned Beyond Expectations
I took my 2004 Ford F-150 in that had served primarily as a work truck in a lumber yard and a weekend hunting vehicle. I couldn't even tell that the seats were grey anymore, them were virtually black, the carpets weren't much better. There was grime in about every conceivable nook and cranny in the dashboard and vents too! Not only was it cleaned beyond expectations when I got it back the NEXT day, it looked virtually new inside. In addition to having an adventure dog who always seems to be wet a muddy, I also had someone spend the night in my car smoking and doing drugs. Needless to say, my car was a disaster. Mark is very personable and did an excellent job removing a metric ton of dog hair and cleaning my seats. My car looks better than when I bought it. He also touched up a long scratch where my car had been keyed and it looks so much better. His services are expensive but you get what you pay for!

Phenomenal Detailer.
Mark is an absolutely phenomenal detailer. Brought my very low mileage 2012 Jeep Liberty to him for a pre-sale detail. My wife had somehow managed to scrape the entire right side from front to back with some unknown object (that’s her story), so Mark had me pick up some touch-up paint from the dealer, just in case. As it turns out, Mark was able to buff the entire right side out crystal clean, without any use of the touch up paint. Additionally, it had been smoked in, and that is now completely gone. Bottom line is this: If you’re not having your automotive detail work done by Mark and his team, you are doing yourself a disservice. Details By Mark is absolutely the finest detail shop in the Portland area.
